Let’s run through some troubleshooting steps and figure out what state your Strip is in. Please follow the steps in this video:

Please observe how many blinks the unit gives, and then follow these instructions:
1 blink means your unit is added to a network, please attempt a manual wake-up, then check to see if there is a response in your gateway app.
*Note – Observe the confirmation blinks from the manual wake-up.
1 = Successful
5 = Communication Failure, please move closer to your gateway and try again
2 blinks mean your Strip is ready to be added to a network. Please continue by putting your gateway in add mode and initiate a manual wake up:
