Square Air is designed to reflect how air actually behaves in real environments. Instead of focusing on a single metric, it detects a broad mix of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)—a diverse group of airborne chemicals responsible for both pollutants and odors like perfumes.

These compounds are emitted not only from building materials and cleaning products, but also from everyday human activity such as breath, sweat, and biological processes. This means the sensor responds to real-world signals like poor ventilation, body odor, heavy fragrance, or even early signs of organic decay.

With long-range LoRaWAN connectivity and ultra-low power consumption, Square Air enables scalable monitoring across buildings—helping you understand, optimize, and act on indoor air quality as people actually experience it.

Square Sound LoRaWAN

Square Sound is an ultra-compact multi-sensor designed for monitoring sound levels and indoor climate in buildings and workplaces. It measures sound pressure levels (SPL), temperature, and humidity, enabling data-driven actions to improve comfort, productivity, and well-being.

By providing real-time, peak, and average sound measurements, Square Sound helps identify noise issues and trigger alerts when predefined thresholds are exceeded.

With a battery life of up to 10 years – designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation, it is ideal for continuous monitoring in professional environments.

Installation

Square Sound can be mounted using the integrated adhesive for quick installation, or with the Sensative Square Screw Mounting Kit (optional) for secure and permanent mounting.

Smart geolocation (without GPS)

Square Sound supports cloud-based Wi-Fi geolocation, enabling positioning in indoor locations by scanning nearby Wi-Fi networks.

This functionality requires a compatible cloud service such as Sensative Yggio.
