Overview
Strips Drip raises an alarm the moment its absorbent pads get wet, at the first drops rather than a puddle. Sensitivity is configurable, so a damp cellar floor and a burst hose can be told apart. A temperature sensor adds a freeze alarm for pipes at risk.
At 6 mm (the 3 mm strip plus a 3 mm plate carrying the absorbent pads), its slim, sturdy body fits concealed in the tight spaces where leaks start: under appliances, along pipe runs, in plant rooms and lift shafts. IP67, over ten years of battery life and up to 10 km of LoRaWAN range make it practical to fit across a whole estate. In Yggio a leak alarm can close a valve and alert facilities in the same rule.
